Adam began his AI journey in 2014 and has spent over a decade building real-world agentic AI systems across insurance, education, hospitality, ESG and quantum technology. His early work in assistive technology and 3D-printed prosthetics was featured by RTHK and TVB.

In 2016 he received the Inventor of the Year Gold Award, presented by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR — one of multiple innovation awards recognising a career spent applying technology to real human needs.

He has authored peer-reviewed research on quantum restricted Boltzmann machines, diffusion and transformer architectures — including work as global head of innovation and science at a quantum computing platform — and is a team member of AI Tinkerers Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area, hosting the city's AI builder community at Cyberport.
